Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: September 4, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Rapid Rollout Automated Management (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Service”), including our website, property-management software, and SMS/text messaging services.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Certain features, including SMS communications, may require separate consent as described below.
1. Property Management Service
Rapid Rollout Automated Management provides software and communication tools that assist property owners, property managers, tenants, vendors, contractors, and other authorized users with property-management activities.
The Service may be used for activities including maintenance coordination, repair scheduling, property access, inspections, lease administration, tenant communications, vendor communications, document management, and related property-management functions.
2. SMS Messaging Program
Rapid Rollout Automated Management may provide SMS/text messaging services for property-management communications.
By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to receive transactional and informational text messages related to your rental property, tenancy, maintenance requests, repairs, inspections, appointments, property access, or other property-management activities.
Messages may include:
- Maintenance request confirmations and updates;
- Repair and service appointment scheduling;
- Requests for additional information or photographs relating to a maintenance issue;
- Vendor or contractor scheduling updates;
- Inspection scheduling and reminders;
- Property access coordination;
- Lease and tenancy-related notifications;
- Property-management notices and reminders; and
- Other transactional or informational communications related to management of the applicable property.
SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with the Service and property-management activity associated with your property, unit, maintenance request, repair, inspection, or tenancy.
There is no fixed number of messages you will receive.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving SMS messages depending on your mobile service plan.
Rapid Rollout Automated Management is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
5. Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying:
STOP
After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from the applicable SMS messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.
Other recognized opt-out keywords may also be honored where required by applicable messaging standards or law.
Opting out of SMS communications does not necessarily prevent Rapid Rollout Automated Management, a property owner, or a property manager from contacting you through other lawful communication methods when necessary.
6. Help
For assistance with SMS communications, reply:
HELP
You may also contact Rapid Rollout Automated Management using the contact information provided at the end of these Terms.
7. Mobile Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS delivery is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks and telecommunications providers and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
8. SMS Consent and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Mobile information, including mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent records, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be provided to service providers when necessary to operate our messaging and property-management services, including telecommunications and technology providers acting on our behalf.
Additional information concerning how we collect, use, and protect information is available in our Privacy Policy.
9. Automated and AI-Assisted Communications
Certain communications or property-management activities provided through the Service may be generated, processed, summarized, or facilitated using artificial intelligence or other automated technologies.
For example, automated systems may assist with:
- Receiving and categorizing maintenance requests;
- Asking follow-up questions about maintenance issues;
- Coordinating scheduling;
- Providing status updates;
- Summarizing communications;
- Routing requests to appropriate property managers or service providers; and
- Assisting with other routine property-management communications.
Automated communications should not be relied upon as a substitute for emergency services.
10. Emergencies
The Service and SMS messaging program are not emergency services.
If there is an immediate threat to life, health, safety, or property, users should contact 911 or the appropriate emergency service rather than relying solely on the Service or SMS messaging system.
Urgent property conditions should also be reported through any emergency maintenance procedures provided by the applicable property owner or property manager.
11. User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate contact information and to use the Service for lawful purposes.
If you provide a mobile telephone number, you represent that you are authorized to use that number or otherwise provide consent for communications to that number.
If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, you should update your information or notify the applicable property manager.
12. Third-Party Service Providers
The Service may rely on third-party technology providers for telecommunications, hosting, database infrastructure, artificial intelligence, email, and other technical services.
SMS messages may be transmitted using telecommunications providers such as Twilio.
Use of these providers does not authorize those providers to use your SMS consent information for their own marketing purposes.
13. Availability of the Service
We strive to maintain reliable operation of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Communications may be delayed or unavailable because of wireless carrier issues, internet outages, telecommunications failures, software errors, maintenance, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our Service, technology, business practices, or applicable requirements.
When changes are made, the Effective Date at the top of these Terms will be updated.
Continued use of the Service after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
